Chic Properties rental application

Thanks for your interest in renting with us. Applying takes three steps. Nothing is saved until you submit, so plan to fill out the form in one sitting.

    About 15 minutes.

  2. Pay the $75.00 screening fee per adult

    One fee for each adult 18 or older, by card, as soon as you submit.

  3. Upload your documents

    A photo ID and proof of income. You can do this later if they're not handy.

Before you start, have these nearby:

  • A photo ID

  • Contact details for your current landlord and employer
  • Two credit references and two personal references

Your Social Security number, date of birth, and license number are encrypted and removed after the background check.

Certification and screening authorization

Everything in this application is true and complete as far as I know. If something turns out to be false or missing, I understand Chic Properties can turn down my application, or end my lease later because of it.

I give Chic Properties, and any screening company it uses, permission to check what I've written here. That includes pulling my credit report, looking at my rental, eviction and criminal history, and contacting the employers, landlords and references I've listed.

If I've listed a spouse, they know about this application and agree to be screened too.

Typing my name below counts as my signature, the same as signing on paper.
